ANZ has been recognised as the Dominant Trade Financier in Australia by primary relationship market-share in the Institutional market in the East & Partners Australian Trade Finance Survey for the eighth consecutive year.

 

ANZ has been recognised as the Dominant Trade Financier in Australia by primary relationship market-share in the Institutional market in the East & Partners Australian Trade Finance Survey for the eighth consecutive year. ANZ has also held the same position in the Corporate space since 2015.

ANZ has also continued to deliver on service, achieving ‘Best of Breed’ for 15 of the 20 factors rated amongst all suppliers including:

  • Speed of Query Responses
  • Knowledge of Customer’s Industry
  • Customer Service
  • General Trade Advice
  • Professional Competence

With Corporate clients, the bank has achieved ‘Best of Breed’ for 10 of the 20 factors including:

  • Processing Accuracy
  • Risk Advice and Management
  • Innovative Solutions
  • Letters of Credit

The Australian Trade Finance program is based on feedback from up to 2,000 importers and exporters who are active trade customers across the Institutional, Corporate and SME (Small and Medium Business) space. With fieldwork conducted twice yearly, the survey tracks the performance of Australian and international banks across 20 key product service factors.
