- 10 Oct 2016, ANZ today announced it has been voted No.1 among foreign FX providers in Vietnam by corporates, according to Asiamoney’s FX Poll 2016. This is the fifth consecutive year ANZ has achieved the title in Vietnam. ANZ was ranked best in four categories: Overall FX services, FX products and services, FX options and FX research & market coverage.
- 12 Sep 2016, ANZ today released the results of its 2016 Vietnam MoneyMinded Impact Report which was independently compiled by the Institute of Economic and International Trade - Foreign Trade University, Vietnam. The results showed MoneyMinded has improved participants’ ability to save and increased their confidence in managing money. The majority of participants also reported an improvement in their overall satisfaction with life after participating in the program.
- ANZ Bank (Vietnam) Limited (ANZ) announces to relocate the operations of the Hai Ba Trung Transaction office to our Le Thai To Branch at 14 Le Thai To St., from where ANZ will continue to provide normal banking services to its customers. The termination of Hai Ba Trung Transaction Office does not have impact on ANZ’s strategy, commitment and operation in Vietnam as well as its customers' banking needs.

This results in the termination of Binh Duong Representative Office, address: No. 5, Canary Plaza Building, Binh Duong Highway , Binh Hoa Ward, Thuan An District, Binh Duong Province, Vietnam Time of termination: 08 July 2016 (According to the announcement No 41897/16 of Planning and Investment Department of Binh Duong Province dated08 July 2016).

- 23 June 2016, ANZ has been recognised for product innovation in the “The Innovators” special June issue of Global Finance magazine. ANZ was lauded for product innovation in transaction services and was commended for its industry-leading automated collections, reconciliation and virtual account solution.
- 23 May 2016, ANZ today announced that it had been named “Best Trade Finance Bank in Vietnam” and won “Best Trade Finance Client Solution in Vietnam” in The Asset’s Triple A Treasury, Trade and Risk Management Awards 2016.

- ANZ and Saigon Children’s Charity (SCC) today announced the opening of the Trà Lồng Kindergarten, Lương Tâm Kindergarten and Tân Phú 1 Primary School as part of Project 3E (educate. enrich. employ), a joint community initiative in Long My District, Hau Giang Province. As well as building schools, the project granted 300 scholarships to underprivileged high school students with outstanding study results.
- 25 February 2016, ANZ today announced it has been named “Best Trade Finance Bank in Vietnam” in the World’s Best Trade Finance Providers Awards 2016 by Global Finance magazine. This year, ANZ was also honoured by Global Finance as Best Trade Finance Bank in Australia, New Zealand and Cambodia.
